Units to be Prioritized

All administrative units in the academic division will be reviewed and evaluated. The process will begin with each of the direct reports to the provost identifying all administrative/service units in their areas. They will submit their lists to the provost (via Darby Gwisdala) who, with the assistance of staff, will review the lists to ensure all units are included. The list should include, and identify as such, administrative units that are predominately funded by grants, gifts and/or endowments. If there is a belief that a unit should be excluded from the review process, a request shall be made at the time the list is submitted, with an explanation/justification for exclusion.
